Minimally invasive breast augmentation with the MIA®️ (Minimally Invasive Augmentation) Femtech and Preservé™️ systems represents a new generation of breast augmentation techniques, developed for patients who want a natural result and a fast recovery.
The procedure can be performed under local anaesthesia with sedation, without requiring general anaesthesia, and same-day discharge is possible. Due to its minimally invasive nature, recovery is generally faster compared to conventional techniques, allowing an earlier return to daily activities.
The main indications include patients with breast hypoplasia or mild to moderate volume deficit, with a favourable breast position on the chest wall and good tissue quality, who want a discreet augmentation and a natural appearance. The choice of technique is made exclusively following a specialist consultation and an individualised assessment, based on the patient's anatomy, tissue characteristics and aesthetic goals.
Not all patients are candidates for these procedures, and the recommendation of a minimally invasive technique is made only after clinical evaluation and discussion of all available treatment options.
The first certification outside Bucharest
