Dr. Anca Oprescu is a Consultant Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a special interest in facial aesthetic surgery and breast surgery. Her professional training and experience are built upon complex reconstructive surgery and microsurgery, fields in which precision, technical rigor, and a deep understanding of anatomy are essential. This foundation represents the basis of her approach to modern aesthetic surgery.
She established and developed the Plastic Surgery Department within the Military Emergency Hospital in Constanța. She further consolidated her expertise through international training placements in leading reference centres, particularly in Sweden, the United Kingdom, Spain, and the United States, where she gained extensive experience in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. She currently practices across three private clinics in Constanța, where she provides consultations and performs plastic and aesthetic surgical procedures.
Her experience in head and neck reconstructive surgery provides a solid foundation for approaching any surgical procedure, particularly in facial aesthetic surgery and breast surgery. Her philosophy is focused on achieving natural, harmonious, and safe results, while respecting each patient’s identity. Her clinical activity is supported by academic research, culminating in the recent public defence of her doctoral thesis (“Reconstruction of the Head Extremity Using Microsurgical Techniques”), as well as a continuous commitment to professional development and the integration of modern surgical techniques.
